The economic and financial consequences of price formation in the petroleum market affect almost every member of the society. In order to ensure predictability and controllability of these consequences, detailed legal regulations have been introduced. The formation of fuel prices and compliance with these regulations are monitored sensitively by the relevant institutions. Although the existing regulations include methods that are appropriate for the technological infrastructure of the years they were prepared, they have difficulty in catching up with today's dynamism and are criticised for needing technological support and restructuring with a holistic approach. Digital technologies and especially artificial intelligence technologies have become beneficial in a wide range of areas today, and the regulatory movements regarding artificial intelligence activities have also accelerated with their use. Our study aims to evaluate the possibilities of using artificial intelligence, which is used in different fields, in the processes related to the formation of fuel prices, within the framework of our current legislation, practices and risks.

While most scholars working on sovereignty today agree that the meaning of sovereignty is subject to change over time and space, scholars of international law and international relations often disagree on the reasons and consequences of this conceptual change. This paper will address different aspects of this disagreement and emphasize the changing nature of sovereignty, highlighting the challenges of embedding these changes into the essence of the concept of sovereignty in legal and political terms.</span>

The approach of the courts to arbitration proceedings in the TRNC shows increasing respect for individuals' preferences to resolve disputes in private ways. This reflects the adoption of a more autonomous and flexible approach to legal processes. The amendments made by the "Lawyers (Amendment) Law" expand the jurisdiction of lawyers and enable them to take on more active roles in alternative solutions such as arbitration and mediation. This allows legal disputes to be resolved more quickly and effectively and contributes to the adaptation of the TRNC legal system to modern needs. The aim of the article is to examine arbitration proceedings in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and the supporting role of state courts in this process. This review aims to examine in detail the legal framework and practice of arbitration proceedings in the TRNC and what support the state courts provide in this process. In addition, understanding the factors that increase the effectiveness of arbitration and how state courts contribute to arbitration proceedings are among the objectives of this study.
