Abstract
Silahlı terör örgütüne yardım suçu ile terörizmin finansmanı suçu birbiri ile karıştırılabilmektedir. Bunun nedeni her iki suçun konusunun aynı olması ve fiillerin benzerliğidir. O kadar ki, mahkeme kararlarında dahi bu karışıklığa rastlanabilmektedir. Hukuki belirliliğin sağlanarak hangi fiilin hangi suçu oluşturduğunun tespiti önem arzetmektedir. Bu sebeple her iki suç tipinin suç teşkil eden fiiller, suçun konusu, fail ve mağdur, tipikliğin manevi unsuru ve içtima bakımından kıyaslanması gerekir.

Abstract
The crime of as material support an armed terrorist organisation and the crime of financing terrorism may be confused with each other. The reason for this is that the subject matter of both offences is the same and the acts are similar. So much so that this confusion can be encountered even in court decisions. It is important to determine which act constitutes which offence by ensuring legal certainty. For this reason, both types of offences should be compared in terms of the acts constituting the offence, the subject matter of the offence, the perpetrator and the victim, the moral element of typicality and cumulation.
