Abstract
Yazısız anayasa devlet ana teşkilat düzenine ilişkin kuralların tek bir metinde toplanmadığı bir anayasal düzeni ifade eder. İngiltere yazısız anayasanın olduğu birkaç ülkeden biri olduğu kabul edilmektedir. İngiltere`de 1215 tarihli Magna Carta’dan itibaren kabul edilmiş birçok anayasal belge olmasına rağmen, kodifiye edilmiş tek bir yazılı anayasa bulunmamaktadır. İngiltere de anayasal teamüllere dayalı bir anayasal isleyişinin olduğunu bilmekteyiz. Bu makale de bu teamüllere dayanan, kodifiye edilmemiş anayasal sistemin isleyişinde çok önemli bir yere sahip olan anayasal teamüllerin neler olduğunu detaylı olarak ele alacağız.

Abstract
An unwritten constitution refers to a constitutional order in which the rules regarding the main organizational order of the state are not collected in a single text. The UK is considered the one of the few examples of an unwritten constitution. Although there are many constitutional documents adopted in England from the Magna Carta of 1215, there is not a single codified written constitution. We know that there is a constitutional functioning based on constitutional practices in England. In this article, we will discuss in detail what are the constitutional conventions that are based on these conventions and have a very important place in the functioning of the uncodified constitutional system.
