E-LOJİSTİĞİN SON BEŞ YIL İÇERİSİNDE EKONOMİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ (TÜRKİYE ÖRNEĞİ)

Abstract
E-lojistik, bir ürünü en hızlı şekilde, doğru zaman ve doğru yerde, müşteriye ulaştırma, konşimentonun, navlun hesabının, muhasebe kayıtlarının, müşteri ve tüm paydaş bilgilerinin elektronik ortamda bulundurulması işlemidir. Bugün geleneksel ulaştırma belgeleri, yerini e-lojistiğe bırakmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, e-lojistik çalışmalarının Türkiye’de ve dünyada ekonomiye katkılarını araştırmaktır Araştırmada istatistiki verilere, raporlara göre Türkiye’nin lojistik performansının ekonomiye etkisi incelenmiştir. Türkiye’nin son on yılda uluslararası ticarette ilerleme sağladığı fakat Lojistik Performans Endeksi’nde çok büyük bir değişim olmadığı görülmektedir. Ekonomide 2007 yılında da 2016 yılında da dünyada 34.sırada yer alan Türkiye’nin 2007 yılında dünya ekonomisindeki sıralaması 34. sıra iken; 2016’da bu sıralama değişmemiştir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de e-lojistik faaliyetlerinde yapılması gerekenler ile rekabet ortamında, gelişmiş ülkelerin, e- lojistik çalışmaları araştırılmıştır. E-lojistiğin kavramsal çerçevesi verilerek, literatür taraması yapılmış, e- lojistikle ilgili sistemler, yazılımlar araştırılarak gelişmiş ülkelerde e-lojistik uygulamalarına yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre Türkiye’de, e-lojistik alt yapısının kurulabilmesi için yeterli kaynak ayrılması gerektiği, e-lojistiğin ekonomik büyümeye olumlu etkilerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

E-logistics is the process of delivering a product to the customer in the fastest time, at the right time and in the right place, keeping the bill of lading, freight account, accounting records, customer and all stakeholder information in electronic form. Today, traditional transportation documents have been replaced by e-logistics. The aim of this study was to investigate in Turkey, e-logistics work and their contribution to the economy in the world According to the Logistics Performance Index reports published by the World Bank International Trade Unit, the effect of logistics performance on the economy was examined. Turkey has made progress in economy in the last decade but it appears to be a very big change in the ranking in the Index. While it ranked 34th in the world economy in 2007, this ranking did not change in 2016. In this study, the competitive environment in e-logistics activities to be performed in Turkey, the developed countries, e-logistics activities were investigated. By giving the conceptual framework of e-logistics, literature review has been done, e-logistics applications have been included in developed countries by researching systems and software related to e-logistics. According to the survey results in Turkey, e-logistics infrastructure that need to allocate enough resources for the establishment, has been found to have positive effects on the economic growth of e-logistics . |
